Refund Policy

byBiehl offers a 30-day full right of return from the day the products have been delivered. We guide you here for your exchange or return.

Returned jewelery must be in original packaging and condition. It is important to enclose the delivery note and the return note enclosed in the shipment. If we judge that the piece(s) has been worn, the return will be refused.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PURCHASE

You can download a return label here. By using a return label provided by us, a fee of DKK 39 will be deducted from your refund. *This fee does not apply to exchanges.

If you decide to use your own return label Please send your return package with a tracking number, as you are responsible for the package yourself until it is delivered and received by us. If the package should disappear or be delayed along the way, the tracking number is your help.

Note We do not ask that you deliver returns in person at our address and that you put packages in our mailbox.

1. Pack the jewelery securely and enclose a completed return slip as well as the delivery note

2. Please send your returns directly to our office address: byBiehl Denmark ApS Gersonsvej 7 st. th 2900 Hellerup

Please note that byBiehl does not collect return packages sent to post offices or parcel shops. The sender is responsible for the costs associated with the return.

3. Deliver the package to a post office near you.

4. You will hear from us when we have handled your return/exchange. – We only have the option of putting the money back on the same card that was used for the purchase – Please note that returns/exchanges/complaints can be processed within 10 working days.

Jewelery bought from a retailer If you have received a byBiehl piece of jewelery that was purchased from one of our dealers, you must contact the dealer in question.
