TRADE TERMS
ORDER PROCESSING
When you have ordered an item on our webshop and completed the payment, you will subsequently receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have provided. Once we have processed your order and it is ready for dispatch, the payment will be deducted from your account. We will also enclose a copy of your invoice with your order.
DELIVERY
Shipments to Denmark will be sent the next working day and delivered within 2-3 working days. Delivery to the rest of Scandinavia takes around 2-5 working days from the order being received until the package has arrived. Delivery outside Scandinavia can take up to 5 working days. All products are sent wrapped in a gift box. There is free shipping to the nearest parcel shop on all orders over 300 DKK and on orders to the rest of Europe over 300 DKK/70 EUR and for orders over 2,500 DKK to the rest of the world. Free shipping is without distribution and a shipment will therefore not be delivered to the address in question. If delivery is desired to the address in question, a delivery fee of DKK 50 is required. International orders are subject to a shipping fee corresponding to the size of the package and the destination.
SHIPMENT
There is free shipping to the nearest parcel shop in Denmark for orders of at least DKK 300. Orders of less than DKK 300 will be charged a shipping fee of DKK 30 for orders within Europe. International orders are subject to a shipping fee corresponding to the size of the package and the destination.
PAYMENT
We accept the following payment and credit cards: Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Visa Electron, JCB and American Express. Customers who use credit cards for payment may be charged a payment fee by the provider. The payment will be withdrawn as soon as the package is dispatched from our warehouse. All prices on www.bybiehl.com are incl. VAT.
SECURITY
byBiehl uses ePay as a payment system. All payment-related data sent between your browser and www.bybiehl.com is encrypted.
GIFT CARD
Gift cards issued by byBiehl can only be used at www.bybiehl.com. A gift card’s expiry date is clearly stated on the gift card. It is only possible to use one gift card per buy at www.bybiehl.com. The gift card cannot be used to buy new gift cards.
RETURN
We offer a 30-day full right of return from the day the products have been delivered. The jewelery must be received within the 30 days at byBiehl in order for it to be returned. Returned jewelery must be in original packaging and condition. If we judge that the piece(s) have been used, the return will be refused. The sender is responsible for the costs associated with the return. byBiehl goods purchased from a byBiehl dealer cannot be returned to the byBiehl office address. When returning goods purchased via www.bybiehl.com, a copy of the confirmation relating to the products must be attached. If one item is to be exchanged for another, a copy of the corresponding invoice must be attached, and it must be stated which/which product is to be exchanged for. Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged.

We ask that you hand over returns in person at our address and that you put packages in our mailbox.
CHANGES
byBiehl reserves the right to make changes in content, prices and information on www.bybiehl.com without prior notification.
In addition, byBiehl reserves the right for possible printing and price errors on the website, as well as for out-of-stock items and possible price increases. byBiehl therefore reserves the right to approve or cancel all orders, and only when the order has been approved by byBiehl is a purchase agreement considered to have been entered into (cf. Contracts Act section 9).
